VoluteerMatch is one of the largest volunteer matching marketplaces in the world. The main service that they provide is volunteering job matching between the potential recruiter and volunteers. However, the current help center of their main website isn't quite helpful, so they want to create a brand new help center that matches their main website with a stylish and consistent UI.

In this project, I am the only designer and front end developer who help them build the brand new help center website from scratch on top of the CMS system named — Zendesk. My main responsibilities in this project are the Web UI design as well as front end web development for the entire help center website, including the public and corporate help center sites.
