With the business model shifting, Pillow needs to reimagine and rebuild its homepage website.

BACKGROUND
When I first joined the company one year ago, we had two business modes, one is the short term rental management for house owners and the other one is the short term platform for apartment residents. With different growth speeds, we saw the resident mode became the leading and trending growth. The company decided to shift focus from the house owner based operation team to the apartment resident based on the cooperation with the property owners.
PROPOSAL
This means more efforts and features about the platform were added to the homepage. With business changes, we knew our existing website design and process of the onboarding flow would not meet the needs of the team and satisfying our users.
